Interview
The interview process is very quick and easy. After completing your application and testing, it can take awhile to be contacted for an interview. The interview I had was very quick, explaining some details about the job, pay and the account you will be working. They require an internet speed test before moving to the next stage which consists of background check and drug test. Overall, simple process.

They didn't have too many questions, one main one they were concerned about was having a quiet, distraction free area in your home to work. They want to make sure there are no other people around when you are working and no background noise.
Long Wait times and no Proper response from the HR even after taking the AI interview they were taking too long for interviews and multiple rounds for no particular reason

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was a smooth interview, which took about four hours. The first test was a skills test then some interviews about myself to make sure if I am capable of the job.
Interview process went well. Was over zoom and the questions were basic customer service related questions. The interview process overall was fast and I was hired within a month of my application.
