It is a good interview 2 HR telephonic round and 1 Ops virtual round! Ops round included typing and bit introduction in the start along with the situational question related to customers and how we'll resolve them over chat and call.

Interview
- Online Application: Submit a resume and complete a pre-screening questionnaire , language proficiency, availability, basic skills.

- Scenario-Based Simulations:
Resolve a mock billing dispute or tech issue via live call or written chat.
-Phone/Video Screening: A 15–30 minute call with interviewer to confirm qualifications, discuss shift preferences, and assess communication skills.

first they will ask your introduction. then they will ask you on any topic like women empowerment, or any other topic. then there will a grammar test.. then there will be a English test. then there will be the last round which is live chat process round.. All around there is a five round.
