Process started by being reached out via text.
Had a phone call then a video interview.
Took over a month for them to get back to me.
They asked how much I currently made and what my salary expectations were. After giving this information I was completely lowballed with a salary offer that was less than what I had told them I currently made. Job seemed to be a lot of work for little pay and that combined with the informality of texting throughout the interview process led me to not accepting.

Invited to apply after meeting representative at career fair. Did not receive an offer, but communication was good throughout the process. Positive experience on the whole, despite the not getting the job.
