Second round interview was an assignment in Excel that looked at some sample Spotify Data. Expected to present that to the entire analyst "hive" and answer follow up questions. People were all fairly nice.

Interview
Process was extensive - several phone and skype interviews with hiring manager and other team members with several weeks in between before an all day in person intensive interview with 6 staff members. Practical assessment of job functions with limited feedback and guidance also completed during in person interview.
