Interview
The interview process involves some behavioral questions and basic translation of two short paragraphs to test your language skills (English - Mandarin and Mandarin to English respectively). Both the senior consultant and the Vice President joined the meeting.

Interview
Phone interview with HR, went over the basic info from resume.
In-person interview with CEO, HR and a senior manager, where they are really obssess to learn about your career plans and what you want to get out of this job
A writing test. The writing test is to 1) develop a program for a high-level government visit from China, 2)draft an email to schedule a government official visit from China to one of the U.S. govenrment agencies.
