      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TSGS (Singapore) in Aug 2024

      Interview

The UI/UX designer interview was thorough, beginning with a portfolio review, where I showcased key projects and design decisions. After which I was presented with a bring home assignment and to finish the design challenge in 3 days, this was followed by a technical assessment focused with my thought process and my approach to solving the problem. The interview ended with a behavioral round, discussing collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, emphasizing team dynamics and how I approach feedback and iteration in design.
