It will have 2 interview. 1st interview with HR, 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan). After that, HR decide the sarlary and discuss with you

2 hour interview, i first introduced my Phd project and then they asked some questions around my research. the overall experience was good. The manager is good, the interview experience was very comfortable.
depends on your job scope, for engineer, they will ask question based on your background, for managers they will ask what kind of project you have lead before.
