Online assessents followed by Zoom interview with Engineers followed by on site interview with Managers. Engineers were young and interview was superficial. typical behavioral and experience questions. on site interview a few weeks later with 2 managers. they could hardly speak english, communication was tough and awkward. both were long time tsmc employees that had been in phoenix for a very short amount of time. we didnt really relate on anything at all. i dont think they gave me chance to show who i was or how i would fit in well. they had an arrogance about them and both said they worked there solely for the money. good luck recruiting an american workforce with interviewers like that
