TSW Mall interview questions

TSW would request the the applicant to take a test, but the "Test" in question was actual work that needed to be complete, as soon as the work was complete, the employer would never call him or her back again, therefore the applicant never got hired and obviously never got paid for work that was ultimately used in the Mall itself.
