Interview process was ok. I had a round with HR and Hiring manager. The position was for a senior role. After the 2nd interview both individuals, I never received any feedback or next steps. When following up, both individuals ghosted my requests concerning the status. If a candidate is engaged directly, then closure associated with the opportunity is not unreasonable expectation. The lack of professionalism translates to a bad experience. After this experience, I'm confident that I dodge a bad experience.
