Initially contacted by outside recruiting firm by two reps by phone, email, and LinkedIn. Open and direct during phone screen. Set up interview with hiring managers for the next week. Position reports to two people. One person was sick, rescheduled 2nd interview with other manager. Follow up the next day and scheduled final interviews for the next week with senior management (controller, director, HR generalist). Feedback the next day, received offer the following day! From first contact to offer letter was 28 days, which is great considering it was around Thanksgiving and end of year.
