The interview process at TUI group was straight forward. They have nice offices. I was asked good and reasonable questions and the hiring manager was pleasant. The questions were not extraordinary.
I had a really terrible experience with Musement. I was contacted by their HR after applying online and asked to take some tests that took me about three hours in total. After weeks of hearing nothing once I had sent my tests to them, I sent a follow-up email to ask when I was likely to hear back. I received a response saying that the hiring process had temporarily been put on hold, and that they would get back to me as soon as possible. Even if that was the case, it should have been HR to reach out to me and tell me that, instead it took me following up with them to receive news. Six months have now passed and I have still heard nothing from them, so I spent three hours doing tests for absolutely nothing. Luckily I found a job months ago, but I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional this company was and the complete lack of respect that they had towards the candidate.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TUI Group (Luton, South West England, England) in Jan 2011
Interview
To begin with there was an interview. This was in a small meeting room with a line manager, an editorial manager and a department manager. It lasted about 30 minutes in total. There were then a series of written editorial tests. These incorporated a copywriting test, a grammar test, followed by a proof reading assignment. The tests overall took around 4 hours to complete in total.
