I had a phone interview. The employer was very honest with me and told me exactly how many other applicants there were and when I should expect to hear back from HR after the interview. The interview felt laid back and less formal since it was over the phone.

Good, asked me a lot about my personality and what I am looking for. Seemingly want people more located in the area, which is fair. Although they interview most, if not everyone given a good enough resume. They are very nice.
Smooth, no issues, nice interviewers interviewed me. I went through two interviews, one with Human Resources and one with a technical lead. Overall, it went well and I got the job
