I had applied through referral of a friend who worked here previously and I had a call with Sean who described the work done and what I was looking for in the opportunity. It wasn't technical as such.

What are you more interested in working on front-end or back-end?
Short video call with a bunch of people, never been in a group interview that large. seemed suspicious since this is not how interviewing happens at regular companies. CEO starts ranting about something random and doesn't seem to be focused on work
