Interview process was interesting. initial phone interview with VP of sales followed by a session with HR and finally a session with the Director (hiring manager) before an offer was made.

Question 1
Asked mechanical questions to gauge level of mechanical aptitude and scenario questions intended to determine level of sales and management expertise.
The interview process was quick and easy. Following my phone conversation with HR and two interviews later, it took about two weeks to receive an offer letter. Once I accepted the offer, onboarding was seamless and quick.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TWG (Tulsa, OK) in Apr 2016
Interview
First two interviews were via phone call. First with someone in HR and the manger I'd report to, then a second with a C-level manager (the manager's boss). 3rd interview was onsite with a whole day worth of interviews with all department heads my job would be interacting with plus HR and co-workers.
