Quick and painless, wasnt even really an interview. However they are deceptive on their hiring process. I applied for the Team Lead position only to be told that its a "step in" position and they'd be hiring internally. I also accepted the interview thinking I would be paid 18.50 an hour, only to be told I would be making 15.00 at the interview. The desperation for hires is evident.
