I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TXT International (Buenos Aires) in Mar 2014
Interview
First I had a Skype interview where I was told about the company and spoke about my experience. Next I went in for a face to face interview which was really intense. The interviewer was very intense and went more into detail about what the company does, then would ask me why I thought the company did that. You have to think quick and answer on the spot. After a lot of questions I was given 15 minutes at the end to respond to an angry email from a client. I was only given the scenario and had to come up with my own solution. It was a pretty stressful interview and a few days later I was asked to take 4-5 different aptitude tests online. Those were tricky and I had to send my results once I was finished. After that I was told the next step would be a panel interview but I decided not to go forward with anymore interviews because I had a feeling from the interview process that the job would be stressful.

Why do you think we stand out from other headhunting companies?
I applied through university. I interviewed at TXT International (Buenos Aires) in Dec 2014
Interview
I received a call. The lady interviewing me seemed disinterested in what I had to say. The interview last 20 minutes and I felt that I did not engage the lady. Overall I am glad that it did not go so well. They pay in Argentine Pesos although they do give many off days and federal holidays
