Its easy to get the offer, interviews are walkin only. All process were done throughout emails, no need to contacts with the hiring manager personally. Vancancy are easy to find too. Based on the roles.

Interview
A group interview, mainly games and activities, such as memory games and pictionary, where the people hiring would watch how you interact with others, then a small 2 minute one on one chat with them.

A phone interview that lasted for about 15 mins which was requested 1- 2 weeks after application for the job was sent and successful. This interview will be requested via email.
