Timeline:
1st interview with Head of Product on 27/05/2024;
2nd interview with CTO on 07/05/2024;
Take-home assignment on 19/05/2024;
Overall smoothy and fun experience - Interviewers are very down to the earth and genuine people. I have learned a lot about the business model throughout the interview. It would be better if constructive feedback on the assignment could be given/ or improve the agenda of the assignment.

2. Merchant claims that “number is wrong” - how do you troubleshoot?
3. How do you work with the engineers/ dev team?
4. What do you do when you experience push-backs from the engineers?

2nd interview with CTO:
1. Most important metrics to the restaurant business?
2. Customer scomplaint about the current dashboard that it is too difficult to use. What will you do? / how will you approach this problem?
3. OKR for the analytics product?
4. How do you deliver the information? How to make sure to deliver a dashboard that clients will like?
5. Pick 10 feature requests from 100 to implement, what will you do?
6. Are you excited about storytelling?
7. How do you drive customer adoption on the dashboard?
8. How do you work with dev team?
9. What kind of person you are?
