Really positive. Each person I dealt with was professional and made me feel like the cared about the company as well as prospective employees. The recruiters were great at communicating expectations for the process, which made the experience more enjoyable on my end, because I knew what to expect. It was made up of around 4-5 interviews either on the phone or in person.
1 interview, I can't remember what the questions were but basic interview soft questions about yourself and experience. Interview was half an hour long. Asked about what I know about tacobell, so make sure to do research on the company first.
Interview with line manager at location. Proceed to talk about previous work experience. My personal strengths and weaknesses. Situational assessments with customer scenarios. Got back to me in 3 weeks.
