I had a phone interview with the recruiter for 30-45 minutes. I was recommended to the hiring manager and completed an hour long video interview. Afterwards they contacted me about additional interviews with the broader team, but I decided that it wasn't the right fit and declined.

Process, was great. Recruiter kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a great job preparing me for the leaders I met with by providing LinkedIn profiles and how their role is supported by L&D.
