I was asked my availability, then given a task to do with another candidate which was creating a new item of food for the menu. We also had to do a task judging how well we would work as a team.

Interview
They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
