It was easy peasy lemon squeezy I tell ya. Fast and efficient if you like working on your feet all day it's not bad at all. Took only thirty minutes to finish the interview and get a call.
The interview was fast-paced and practical, focused on knife skills, station experience, and handling pressure. The cook spoke directly, showed confidence without ego, and emphasized reliability, teamwork, and learning through repetition during busy services.

No problems. The people were very nice and listened to what I had to say. They made me feel like they wanted me to be apart of the team. I loved the interview process.
