Had a lovely 1st interview with the recruiter that represented Tacton, found her recruiting style very similar to my own and we developed a great rapport. Interview included a personality and logic test after which I found odd initially but did appreciate the insight it provided me. After that I had an other interview with the recruiter in Stockholm and had a great conversation. Last step in the process was an onsite interview at their office in Chicago. Beautiful office, and really great people. They had me meet with a few Hiring Managers which I really enjoyed as it gave me a better view of the company's culture.
