Phone Interview. Basic behavioral questions, including - what are your greatest strengths? what are your weaknesses. Other questions based on resume were also asked. The next step was an in-person interview at their head office. Behavioral and questions related to the content of the resume were asked in the in person interview. The overall process was well organized and conducted professionally
Simple and easy. Generally I was able to complete the process in a quick manner. I heard back within one day. I have moved on since then, but the team was small and it seemed to have a lackluster appeal after a few weeks... due to the weak leadership structure.
