Quick phone screen and then technical interview with hiring team where I was asked to prepare a presentation and answer their questions on a project they gave me to solve. The questions seemed to be very detailed for an interview. I think they were just trying to get answers to some of their company problems without paying me for the project. They said they pay less but everyone works 14 hrs a day because it is a startup
