Very bad experience, at first the interview with procurement manager went very well and he said he would like to hire me but will need to wait for their boss's approval. After the call, the HR sent me an case study around 9pm and want me to finish it send it back to them next morning before 9am. I rushed the case study for hours and i believe i did pretty well because the case study is related to what i am doing right now. I sent it back to them before 9am (22/04/2025) Follow up with them since that day, no replies (01/05/2025 & 05/05/2025) Please give the candidates some respect they deserve to be honest, at least reply the message please. I believe they did this to other candidates as well, the candidates included me are looking for job desperately, replying us 'sorry we will not proceed with your application ...' only takes seconds to minutes. Very bad management.
