I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Take Command Health (Dallas, TX) in May 2025
Interview
I applied on LinkedIn. Completed a HR recruiter interview with a guy who spent most of the 30minutes convincing me that the health benefits are better than other companies’ structure. On and on to explain that his wife got free Botox and he never pays for Tylenol. I asked about next steps and the role. I was finally told there are 4 rounds, 3rd round is a case study assignment where documentation is emailed and you are to complete a 25 minute presentation, then a 4th round with a panel. Sounds like free labor! Very excessive.

Question 1
Basic questions about my resume and past job experience. He typed everything in “my profile” and sent it over the Director. I was invited back for round 2 but declined.
The interview process is 3 interviews and takes a couple of weeks in total. It's great getting to connect with people from different aspects of the company, not just who we'd be reporting to.

Question 1
I can't remember one exact question, but overall, it's very behavior based and they want examples of situations.
Was a very seamless process. The hiring team did a great job of proactively communicating next steps and communicating timelines. The first interview was more of a “discovery” for 30 minutes. Rounds 2 and 3 were more in depth utilizing presentations of mock scenarios

How would you demonstrate the value this company provides to a client to mitigate risk and increase product utilization?
