The process is horrible ! Stay away! First of all, the HR is completely inappropriate. First of all, the first interview was cancelled a few minutes before the HR was supposed to call me. Then, with not apologizing, they called me after 2 weeks to talk. Once this was done, I had a financial model to build, which was a complex exercise and took time to do.
Then, I was invited for a face to face interview. I met 5 people this day.
After this, they confirmed I will have an interview on the phone with Shivani, the CEO. I was given two dates, and after confirming, nobody called me. I then had to wait 2 hours and had a call late at night at 9:30 with her. She barely had a few minutes to spare.
Then, after that, I was given another phone call, out of the blue, with another person. Which did not make sense, because why did I not meet this person when I was on site. This additional phone call was not even mentioned at the beginning, and this person did not even had a clue regarding who I was. He never read my resume.
Finally, nobody came back to me.
I had to wait to get an automatic email to confirm they moved with someone else, and nobody even spared 5 minutes to give a phone call after I spent so much time for the interview process!
