I applied and then got an interview the very next morning. I was out of state at the time and asked if I could do a video interview or phone call. They said they could not do that due to confidentiality issues which is bizarre to me. I decided to fly down thinking this would work out. First, they gave me the wrong address of the location, I then arrived to the new address and had to fill out a questionnaire, I then was called in and interviewed with the director of Marketing and Operations.
Honestly, I was kind of annoyed because she asked me maybe 2 questions and then just talked about the position. So why couldn't we just do that over the phone? I have interviewed with high profile companies and they have had no problems with that. She said they would be in touch that day between 3-5pm regardless if I got the next interview or not. I never heard back from them.
Funny thing is I got a job within the same building and they are always interviewing people doing in persons even through covid.
