Relatively informal and unstructured. First interview was a typical screening interview with the head of recruitment. Second interview was an informal 30 min with the CRO. The next steps seemed a bit unclear, but they were eager to fill the role quickly. I wasnât sure if 60 total minutes with only two people was enough to decide if I wanted to join the company. A few days later they asked me to provide them with copies of work I had done at previous companies, which was a bit off putting. I was also never given complete details around salary and benefits. I decided to remove myself from consideration.
