Question 1
Why Talentwave? Would you act ethically in situations?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TalentWave (Denver, CO) in Jun 2018
Interview
Do yourself a favor and avoid this duplicitous, unethical and time-wasting company! I was contacted by a recruiter on Tuesday of last week for an hour phone interview. That interview went well. He set up what was to have been a half hour phone interview with the hiring manager for the next day, Wednesday. The second interview went so well she kept me on the phone for 90 minutes. She asked me to come in for a 3rd interview at their office the next day, on Thursday. There I met with three people in person and three by phone conference. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The hiring manager set up a 4th interview for last Friday with another manager, which occurred by phone for over a half hour. The hiring manager stated last Thursday she was going on vacation for four days and would return tomorrow, Tuesday, at which time she wanted me to continue the interview process by meeting with three others by phone. However, today - Monday - I received an inexplicable boilerplate email from the recruiter – and not the hiring manager. It simply states: "I am writing to inform you that we have selected a candidate who we believe most closely matches the job requirements and culture fit for the organization." I was astounded. What happened to the continuing interviews the hiring manager assured me would occur this week? I certainly do not appreciate being overtly lied to by this "company" and being sent a laughable "explanation" via email that negates what I had been assured would occur (by the hiring manager), offers no plausible explanation and shows absolutely no respect for me nor recognition of the considerable amount of time I invested in their interviewing process. It does not speak well for this “company”, which might consider changing its name to “NoTalentwave”.

This from the hiring manager: "I'd scheduled a half hour on the phone with you - but we spoke for over 90 minutes. I'd say that went well, would you?"

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TalentWave (Denver, CO) in Mar 2017
Interview
Over the phone interview and an in-person interview. I was referred by an friend and I applied. I got a call a few days later for a phone interview. I passed the initial phone interview and was told my information would be passed to the next manager. I got called the same day (a Wednesday) to come in for a two-week project while my resume was being reviewed by the same recruiter. The interview for the project was the following Monday. I was hired on as a contractor for the project and the start date was the Monday following the interview. During the course of th eproject I was hired on as a full-time program anaylyst. This position was created for me and my skills which I really appreciated. I've been here ever since then and it's been almost 5 months. The team is great and the environment is not a stressing one at all. They appreciate us employees by being flexible at every angle that you can think of, whether it be time off, adjusting your hours, working from home or anything else you can think of. All in all, I love TalentWave and plan to be here for a long time.
