Interview process was well-structured and focused on both technical and managerial capabilities.
The process started with a recruiter discussion followed by an online techno-managerial round covering past experience, team management, delivery management, client escalations, and project planning scenarios. A system/design assignment was shared afterward, followed by a separate discussion round to review the submitted solution in detail.
Post the online rounds, two face-to-face discussions were scheduled at the Pune office â one with the VP and another with the CTO. The leadership rounds were more discussion-oriented and focused on architectural thinking, ownership, execution approach, and leadership mindset.
