There are multiple interviews, all remote, so that you’ll speak with multiple managers throughout the process. There is an assessment test, which was pretty dead on, and then finally you meet with the owner as the last round. Very thorough process but I also felt that they moved through it rather quickly.

Fairly standard questions and no odd ones like “if you were an animal what animal would you be”. It was about your work history and your goals moving forward, what are you looking for in a role, etc.
There are a few rounds of virtual interviews with the hiring manager and/or managers and a final interview with the owner. They have an assessment and give you a quick recruitment assignment to complete.

Pretty standard like why are you interested in this job, tell me about X role on your resume, and so on. All really straightforward and nothing that surprised me.
Quick and efficient interview process that allowed me to meet multiple team members and managers. I appreciated the swift process that still maintained a personal approach, by the time I was hired I felt I knew multiple people
