Unorganized. Was asked questions that were not part of job, to personal. Can tell that owners are not trained i interview process.. Even HR manager had to stop them a few times to keep them on track.

Interview
It was a joke. Both owners and HR sitting around a table. No structure to the interview. Was asking some personal non-related questions. One owner actually answered his cellphone during interview.
