Very brief and friendly. Asked friendly questions but basically did not feel like I was being screened at all. The psychiatrists I met were great clinicians and friendly. I felt at home with recruiters.

Recruiter call, then two interviews, one with a psychiatrist and one with the region supervisor. First one was casual, low pressure. Second asked more "interview"/scenario type questions. Then requested references. Offer about a week after that.
