Phone screening by HR. Really long phone interview with director. Multiple in-person group interviews until I met with every single person in the department. The director said this was necessary because they were a family and each person should be a good fit with everyone. Everyone (three group interviews with 3-4 people each) took turns asking question from a list of generic behavioral questions. Nothing really related to the job.
