Had an initial screening with an HR professional, which was very pleasant, and discussed the role. Second interview, met with the manager, and also a productive conversation. However, shortly after this, I kept being told for weeks on end that I was a suitable candidate and that somebody would reach out regarding next steps, and this never happened. I was completely ghosted and given no explanation as to why.

Straight forward process. I had a call recruiter in the first round followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter call went very well and the call with the hiring manager not so much after I asked about time zones (PST to EST). I noticed the tone of the hiring manager change when I asked about it which surprised me because it was a remote role, they knew I was in a different time zone from the start, and her boss was in my timezone anyway.
