I recently interviewed for a Product Marketing Manager role at Taplytics. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. In particular, my final interview with a member of the DevCycle sales leadership team. He seemed completely uninterested in speaking with me and even complained that my interview was scheduled during his work time block. His lack of engagement left a very poor impression on me, and I'm sure it does the same for others who have had an interview with him. In my opinion, the interview process is a reflection of a company's culture and values, and based on my experience, Taplytics appears to be a toxic place to work. I will not be considering them for future opportunities, and I encourage others to avoid this company.
