In the first interview, you answer reflective questions on things you've done. Ex: "Describe a time you overcame a challenge.." The second interview was more workplace/hours focused, but you still have to answer reflective questions. This second interview is usually with a higher manager.

Question 1
Describe a time you faced a challenge. What was it and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2018
Interview
Usually you sit down with the HR Manager and the team lead. The questions are normally situational but nothing too hard. To prepare for the interview, researching questions such as “tell me about a time,” or “give me an example of when,” all will come in handy.

Question 1
Give me a brief intro about yourself and why you wanted to work here?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Fort Collins, CO) in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview process has drastically changed at Target from in the past. For the apparel and accessories position, you now have to not only answer the necessary questions they ask in a normal interview, but the interviewee also makes sure to test the candidate on the floor by having 5 minutes to pick out an outfit and accessorize. This includes why you chose that outfit, and for what occasion it might have been for. They are really trying to specialize their areas and choose people who have experience in these areas rather than people they are looking for to just fill open positions with no prior experience.
