Pretty straight forward - HR screen to interview with managers. I did not go further in the process. They had a list of cookie cutter questions to ask...zero conversation or opportunity to show charisma.

Interview
I was originally contacted by a Target recruiter who had seen my resume posted on a website. We did a telephone interview that took about 30 minutes and then there were numerous follow up phone calls. I then spoke to my potential boss for a few time over the phone then I flew out for the interview. I was contacted a few days later with a job offer. All questions were behavioral based with the exception of about four technical based questions.
