I met the Target HR managers at a campus luncheon and they were very friendly. I sent a follow-up email and had no response but then got an email saying they wanted me to create an online profile and complete a behavioral test (which is usually during the 1st interview). I went in for the interview a few weeks after. First, I waited for probably 3 hours with other interviewees in the break room while employees messed around (not a good impression). The first interviewer was very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with her. The next interview right after was with two people and they were not friendly at all; I was told I'd hear back regardless and never did. I even reached out to check my status and received no response-VERY unprofessional.
They want you to answer questions by describing the situation, your means to approach it, and the outcome.
