Pretty informal process. I applied in store and had an interview. I was called within a day and asked if I would like to interview for a team leader position. I completed the interview with an ETL and was notified that they were offering my a position.

Internal interview, as I had already been a part of the company, so this was for a lateral move within the Corporation. Meet with three different executives, typically the HR ETL, the STL, and the ETL who will be the direct supervisor. Taken through a set of three different questions.
