Interview
They took me into a back room where i was to wait for the head of HR. After a few minutes waiting i was taken into an office to interview for a grocery position. I was asked what was my proudest accomplishment, did i work well with others, among other things. It was fairly easy, and she told me if they liked me i would get a call back for another interview, and if they didn't i would receive a rejection letter in the mail. Checked my email 3 days later, and there was my rejection later. Bummer
Prerecorded interview. You watch a short video and then a bot asks you a question and then video your response. Was uncomfortable due to camera shyness. You are given the chance to delete and rerecord your answer once.
Pretty straight forward. Strengths and weaknesses. How you work with a team. Problem solving examples. Overall the managers who were interviewing me were very nice and did not grill me too hard when i stumbled to answer a question.
