I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
It was a very organized interview process. You will be asked to talk a little bit about yourself. The interviewers are usually Store Team Leaders. And then your final interview will be with a District Team leader. So you will have three different interviews. Make sure to prepare to answer a lot of Behavior Based questions like "tell me about a time you did...." have an exact situation, behavior, and outcome. The DTL normally doesn't have a guide for interview questions, so he or she can ask you spontaneous questions.

Talent Acquisition team is super personal and good at communication. They let you know exactly what to expect in all interviews. Be ready with great stories of your past role for teamwork, problem-solving, etc. Mostly all behavioral questions.
Quick, thorough, believe it was 3 people in the interview from the company on the call. They were very friendly. Interview process was fairly smooth and did not take too long of a process.
