Got this opportunity from the career fair that was held in university. It was 2:1 interview, they didn't ask anything about the background. The interview lasted about 30 mins, they asked you to provide example of your past according to the question. For example, "tell us what have you done when you realized you once made a mistake in your decision at school project or work?" I feel the interview was not very helpful in selecting employers because the questions were too standard, as soon as the candidates answered in a wrong direction, you are done.
