I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Irving, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview was easy. It was a two part process. First a guy interviewed me. The questions were really easy. He had a packet that he read from and paraphrased my responses. Then I did the second part with his supervisor. It was the same process, she asked me a few questions and wrote my answers in a packet. I was asked for my availability and then the interview questions. I met with HR and got my offer letter on the spot
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Keene, NH)
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
