I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Riverside, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Simple interview process management just reads questions off a script and you just tell them what they wanna hear. You sit in a room with them towards the back of the store. Then you will interviewed again by another person asking the same questions.

Question 1
Mainly about customer service
And how you deliver your full attention to GUESTS not customers, and enjoy helping those who need it as well as suggesting other alternative products in case Target does not carry them.
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
I applied online for a seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Target, completed one in-person interview focused on customer service and availability, and then waited for a hiring decision. I would research the company's values and how you can align with that.
