I applied online and scheduled an interview as soon as the application was complete. I had two in-person interviews. The first was with an HR member, the second was a week later with a sales manager. Most of the questions were basic questions about past experience and how I handle certain situations. Setting was pretty laid back.

It was a good process. You started by filling applications. Once submitted recruiter will reach out to you for confirmation. Once everything is validated, will ask to come on sight for 20/30 mins interview with the manager.

Online interview with three questions, after a written psychological questionnaire that kept asking in different ways how you would react in certain situations. That part was a bit tricky, trying to figure out if you were malingering.

If a customer asked you for help but you notice there is a spill on the floor, should you go help the customer first or try to take care of the spill before it becomes hazardous by notifying a supervisor.
