I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2012
Interview
I applied online for a warehouse worker position. It asked all my basic info, name address, etc. Former employers and then I did an assessment test. They called me a week after for an interview. I went to the DC and went inside and I only waited two minutes before I was called in to a small office room.

Question 1
Tell me a time in your last job you weren't given enough information to complete a task or assignment.
The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative. I felt well-prepared and supported, with the tour and guidance providing everything I needed to feel ready and confident in my new role. The experience more than met my expectations and gave me a solid foundation for the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Waltham, MA) in Sept 2024
